Warranty Period

SunGold Power products come with warranties ranging from 12 months to 25 years, depending on the product. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date, verified by a valid sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

SunGold Power offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly through authorized sellers. During this period:

For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Eligibility and Limitations

The warranty and return policy apply exclusively to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

To qualify for returns or warranty coverage, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging with all included materials

Warranty Exclusions

SunGold Power’s warranty does not cover:

• Items misused, abused, modified, or damaged due to accidents
• Items used outside normal consumer applications as outlined in the product manual
• Repairs attempted by unauthorized service providers

Products that fall under these exclusions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Replacements

If a SunGold Power product fails within 30 days, it will be replaced at no additional cost. Replacements assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.

• For products that appear faulty due to misuse, SunGold Power can provide troubleshooting guidance but cannot accept returns or replacements. Customers will be responsible for fees related to accessories or shipping.
• If specific parts are damaged, SunGold Power will arrange for replacement parts under warranty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email sales@sungoldpower.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
3. Details of the original packaging

Once approved, items must be securely packed and shipped back to the address provided by the SunGold Power support team.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, SunGold Power will notify you of the refund status via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Used Products

The warranty for used products is 1 year:

• For issues arising within 30 days, SunGold Power will cover all shipping and repair costs.
• For issues arising within 1 year, SunGold Power will cover repair costs, but customers must cover round-trip shipping fees.

Note: Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels not designated by SunGold Power are not eligible for warranty claims.
